[CCG Election] Co-Chair Voting Process VOTE NOW!

We have two candidates for Co-Chair seat B, with a two-year election term
(ending June 2022).

The Candidates:

Your Action:

Email your vote before **Friday, June 12, 2020, Midnight EDT** to a private
email our W3C Representative Ivan Herman has set up.

Vote Processing:

Ivan will then forward the archive of the voting emails on Saturday to our
poll volunteers to tally. They are:

  * Christopher Winczewski <Christopher.Winczewski@hyland.com>

Our poll volunteers have a list of those people who are eligible to vote in
this election (members as of the election announcement). They will total
the votes for each candidate, and send their results by **Sunday, June 12,
2020, Midnight EDT** to the prior-co-chair and the two co-chairs elect:

  * Co-Chair Elect Seat A (until June 2021): Kim Hamilton <

  * Co-Chair Elect Seat C (until June 2023): Wayne Chang <wyc@fastmail.fm>

  * Prior Chair: Christopher Allen <ChristopherA@LifeWithAlacrity.com>

If the total vote tallies agree, or if the margin of error is negligible
and would not make a difference in the result, we will tell the candidates
the results before our regular call next Tuesday, and announce to the
general CCG membership and welcome the newly elected chair during our next
regular call Tuesday, June 16th at 12 noon EDT.

If the total votes disagree significantly, we will work with Ivan to puzzle
out what to do.

Once the election is complete, we ask Ivan and the poll volunteers to
delete all the vote emails.
