CCG Volunteer Opportunity: Help audit & fix broken audio links

Hi all,

The chairs are looking good for a volunteer to work with them on work item
#123: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues/123, which basically is
doing an audit of CCG meetings and fixing broken audio links. You'll be
paired with chair Heather Vescent to complete the work.

The tasks at hand:
1. Review meetings and identify missing recordings (audit ~Dec 2019 - July
2020)
2. Download and clean up missing audio recordings:
https://github.com/w3c-ccg/meetings/blob/gh-pages/generate_minutes.md#step-2-fetch-and-clean-audio
3. Upload cleaned audio files to appropriate folders.

This is a great volunteer opportunity to see how the sausage is made -
especially for someone who wants to get involved in the leadership of the
CCG. It will probably take a few hours to complete.
