Markus, please change HTTP Binding for DID Resolution, and how it relates to the ABNF: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-resolution/issues/32 to DID Resolver Use Cases: `did-url` Syntax Examples (and corresponding HTTP Binding Examples) https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-resolution/issues/32 This is the current title of this issue and better reflects its focus. Also, do you have a link to your presentation from our call 2 weeks ago? Lastly, I recommend we star the call by looking at the first 2 columns of the DID Resolution use cases document (https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-resolution/issues/32) ...it will also cover off the DID resolution and deferencing topics.
