Hello CCG, As discussed on Tuesday's Credentials CG Call, here's a reminder e-mail for the group about the MyData2018 <https://mydata2018.org/> conference, which by now is certainly one of the most important (and fun!) events in Europe around human-centric data, SSI, etc. The idea is for the CCG to support a panel on DIDs in the Interoperability track at that conference, as part of a CCG "Work Item" in the "Engagement" category. - Ideally, representatives from different DID methods, as well as implementers of resolvers and other DID related infrastructure would participate. - Discuss advantages/disadvantages of various DID methods, and implementation experiences. - Discuss how DIDs are a building block for interoperability of higher-level data formats and protocols. - Input about the exact topics or questions to be covered on such a panel are also welcome! I know multiple "sov" people will be there, so they can cover their use of DIDs. How about "btcr", "v1", "uport", others? Please reply and let me know if you'd like to present your specific DID method and how you use DIDs, or other ideas you have on this. -- all the best, Markus Sabadello Danube Tech ~ danubetech.com Sovrin Foundation * sovrin.org +43 664 3154848
