The DID Spec Closure meeting has been cancelled this week. Further
discussion will happen at Rebooting Web of Trust and will include tackling
remaining DID issues, knocking off the pull requests, talking about any
method spec issues, and if we get through all that we can spend the rest on
juicy topics (like DIDAuth, etc).
