Quick poll for W3C Credentials CG name options, etc

- Keep the name "Credentials CG" or rename to something including
"self-sovereign identity"?
- If renaming, how strong your preference is (in case there are
administrative issues in the renaming path)
- Whether we explicitly refer to centralized approaches to identity in the
