Verifyable claims is part of the bitmark [1] roadmap I think it the Solid [2] team would also be interested in this work, especially if is explicitly compatible with WebID decentralized identity and discovery [3] (it's neither mentioned on the charter or primer). The advantage there being that the director of the w3c is interested in this work.
