Coordinating Profile Use Cases/User Stories from Social IG/WG with Credentials CG

I see Social Profiles as very important part of W3C Social Activity and
believe we can find helpful synergies with work happening in Credentials
CG. Especially Accessing the Identity section in Identity Credentials
draft looks to me extremely relevant to work on Social API!
