Aha. That link asks for a Google account. I deleted mine a while 
back...and don't have plans for another one in the near future.

Any other way to get a look at the roadmap?

I assume it will be published eventually on the web, after it's 
finished... — but still, it seems contradictory for the group to be 
working on an open standard, in theory transparently, and require a 
corporate account for one of the core working documents (if that's 
what's happening here).
