Agenda

*Intros*
Unfortunately, we won't have time to introduce everyone if a larger group.
For a small group, we'll try, let's see who shows up! Until we know, we'll
stick with a couple of minutes for any Committee Chairs. Then we can do
proper introductions at Committee Meetings.

*Updated Charter (We will go through this quickly at a high-level):*

"We're minutes away from now": true but what minutes and now represent need
some context to resolve, don't they? What does context mean? You're about
to find out!
