SC 2.2.2 refering GL 2.3

In SC 2.2.2 Note 1 refers generally to Guideline 2.3.

In WCAG 2.1  SC 2.3.3 (Animation from Interaction) was added, which should
probably not be referend. Only 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 seem to be refered.

Am I right?
