Summary of Issue: Example 1 (ARIA21) uses colour as the only visual means of conveying information
Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
Hi,

submitting the form of Example 1 just border the invalid or rather not filled labels of input fields in red. A user not using a screenreader can only get the information of the input error by the red border of the label. This violates success criterion 1.4.1 that colour should not be the only visual means of conveying information.

Example 2 is correct because you get the information of the errors also by visual text.

Proposed Change:
In my opinion you should add a text information about the missing data next to the input field or change the label text so that the user can get the information about the missing data also by text, not only by colour. (like in Example 2)
