Greetings, I am a recent college graduate with a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy. I am also a blind screen reader user and experienced eLearning accessibility tester. As my comprehensive Master's project at Portland State University, I developed a framework for designing and evaluating accessible and usable eLearning content and tools. The resulting guidelines that make up the framework combine elements of WCAG, Section 508, and some additional points that I developed based on my experience as an accessibility tester and screen reader user. The framework I developed, called Universal Design For eLearning (UDEL) would be a great addition to WCAG 2.1. The entire framework is available at www.tristenb.com/udel. I would be happy to collaborate with you in your efforts to improve web accessibility through the publication and dissemination of the new and improved Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or need clarification. Cordially, Tristen Breitenfeldt tristenbreitenfeldt@gmail.com (509)-388-4267 www.tristenb.com; www.tristenb.com/udel Tristen Breitenfeldt
