Loretta and Editors,

I am sorry, but I find the use of the phrase "listed below" and the link
text that precedes it difficult to follow, and seemingly incorrect to
convey meaning. Could you please tell me how the use of "listed below" in
the following sentence can help a reader (note that it's use if rampant in
this section) understand 'Situation A':

the same information as the non-text content:
