when looking over the technique i noted the reference to H50: Using map to group linkshttp://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/H50.html after reading this technique I have a few suggestions:
1. Do not include it as a link.
2. lets get this technique removed ASAP as it is of no help to anyone.
