Wcag 2.0 - H91: Using HTML form controls and links

Hi!
 
Im not able to understand one thing in
http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/H91
 
<select> have roles “combobox, list, or dropdown list”.
There is only example when select is combobox.
 
Could you add an example when select has a role “list” or “dropdown list”? Im sure im not the only one with that question.
