Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
The test procedure does not require that the increased leading achieved by using the mechanism is actually better than 1.5 (150%). A value is only included for in-between paragraph space.

Proposed Change:
Chenage #3 of test procedure:

"3. Check that the feature increases the line height to at least 1.5 (150%)"

An added comment reg. 'feature': The test uses first 'button or link', then refers to either of these as 'feature'. Other tests simply use 'mechanism'.
