H51: Using table markup to present tabular information b. H39: Using caption elements to associate data table captions with data tables c. H73: Using the summary attribute of the table element to give an overview of data tables d. H63: Using the scope attribute to associate header cells and data cells in data tables e. H43: Using id and headers attributes to associate data cells with header cells in data tables Proposed Change: That if there is only one simple data table the use of summary and caption are optional, but recommended. If there is more than one data table on a page, caption and summary are required. If a data table is complex summary would be required.
