Summary of Issue: Make title of a document easier to identify
Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
italicise or quoting document titles

Proposed Change:
Hello all,
While translating Understanding WCAG 2.0, we had an issue raised by a reviewer about a better identification of document titles in text.
She thinks that it would be useful to quote the title or to write it with italics.
Example where this occurs:
"Specific techniques for meeting each
Success Criterion for this guideline are listed in the understanding sections for each Success Criterion (listed below)".
The suggestion is to write in the "understanding" sections or to write understanding with italics.
