Re: Broken link in resources

We just released updated drafts of the Technique and Understanding documents
today, for public review:

This is the version where you should see this change.

Unfortunately, we do not have an errata page or  a bug list that is easy for
the public to track. The closest thing we have currently is our public
comment archive,

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-comments-wcag20/

We will look into a way to make our current bug/comment list easier to
access.
