Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
Both of example 7a and 7b has the value "Four score and seven years ago" inside the textarea element. These examples are misleading some authors.

The value is not necessarily required. HTML spec doesn't require authors to provide the value by using the body of the textarea element.

Proposed Change:
Add "The authors don't necessarily need to provide the value by using the body of textarea element." to the descriptions for example 7a and 7b.
