Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
G140: Separating information and structure from presentation to enable different presentations says: "Following this technique allows user agents to:... Modify the presentation of content by substituting alternate presentation rules attached to structural features."

There is a problem with Example 2 and I think it should be deleted. Currently with PDF users cannot substitute alternate presentation rules to structural features.


Proposed Change:
Delete Example 2.
