I have seen at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/H4 that Example 3 violates Multiple Ways and Link Context (2.4.4 and 2.4.9), because the sample is does not retain the meaning as Multiple Ways and Link Context will. Please fix this.
