Please take a look at http://www.mardiros.net/css-layout.html, , http://www.joedolson.com/articles/2007/08/tables-or-css-layout/, http://www.apaddedcell.com/11-practical-reasons-to-use-css-for-layout , and http://www.apaddedcell.com/11-practical-reasons-to-use-css-for-layout and remove "tables are meaningful", and replace it with CSS, li or div. As Madros points out there are bugs in Internet Explorer when viewing a layout table, that a table layout "breaks". This should not be meaningful.
