Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
The whole WCAG 2.0 relies on the concept of Accessibility supported technologies, but the provision of any list of Web technologies with Accessibility Support is avoided, making thus WCAG 2.0 unusable in practice until anybody else will do it. 

Proposed Change:
At least it must be explicitly exposed that, in absence of any other accessibility supported web technologies list, the wider choice must be used (i.e. just HTML as the onlly accessibility supported web tehcnology)
