Name: Patrick H. Lauke Email: redux@splintered.co.uk Affiliation: Document: W2 Item Number: Conformance Requirements Part of Item: Comment Type: technical Summary of Issue: \"Non-Interference\" \"No Keyboard Trap\" dependend on UA/plugin as well Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change): \"No Keyboard Trap\" is not simply down to authors. It\'s dependent on the user agent and the plugin itself (consider keyboard issues in current and recent browsers + flash, where keyboard focus either gets lost, or it\'s not possible to jump into the flash movie in the first place via keyboard alone). Proposed Change: possibly add a note that this is dependent on UAAG compliance of UA and plugin technology itself.
