In the text for Guideline 1.4, \"Make it easier for people with disabilities to see and hear content including separating foreground from background\", the word \"easier\" ought to be changed to \"easy\" (say). (\"Easier\" than what?)

Proposed Change:
change the word \"easier\" to simply \"easy\" (say).
