received an invite for a recurring meeting every second Wednesday at
10 AM LAX, starting on April 19:

As the main agenda item of our first telecon, I suggest we plan on

This PR is intended to create a minimal proposal for adding HDR
support to HTML Canvas, based on today's practices without precluding
future optimizations and extensions. In other words, it is intended to
give us a basic starting point.
