PR Updated

I have applied the changes as requested at the meeting on 2021-02-24 to https://github.com/w3c/ColorWeb-CG/pull/13.


However, because of outstanding issues raised by Chris Lilley, I have left some open items in the PR conversation that still need to be resolved.

Also, Lars describe a possible solution towards “processor requirements” in the conversation which we can/should discuss at the next meeting.
