Coga- warning clock changes

Hi Folks

The EU, Uk,  Israel and many other countries are changing their clocks this
weekend. However the US are changing their clocks a week later.

So if you are* outside the US*, and change your clocks,  the times of *all
the COGA calls may be an hour later  **t*hen usual! (I think...)

Then the US will change their clocks as well, and the times go back to
normal!

I apologize for this mess!  Hopefully the w3c calendar will show the
correct times, but it wont help if you have scheduled the call at the
normal time.
