*Upcoming Clear Language meetings*
Clear Language set up extra meetings in the hopes of trying to meet WCAG
3's (very ambitious!) two-month timeframe for drafting a big chunk of the
Clear Language guideline. These extra meetings were scheduled based on when
Clear Language co-leader John Rochford and I are both available to
participate.

   - Thursday, March 2nd, at 11 am ET (during the regular COGA subgroup
   meeting time)
   - Monday, March 6th, at 1pm ET
   - Monday, March 13th, at 2pm ET (this may need to change because of CSUN)
   - Thursday, March 23rd, at 11 am ET (during the regular COGA subgroup
   meeting time)
   - Wednesday, April 5th, at 1pm ET
   - Wednesday, April 12th, at 2pm ET

   - Jeanne Spellman shared a new template for writing WCAG 3 guidelines
   using maturity levels

   - We focused on the template's first section: a summary called the
   "Placeholder" section.
   - We discussed WCAG 3's goal of trying to keep these summary sections
   short, with the smallest possible number of high-level functional needs and
   the smallest possible number of outcomes that the rest of the guideline
   will ladder up to.
