FW: EOWG Video Script Review - Next Review Notice

Good afternoon COGA,
This information was sent to the WAI group today, and I wanted to forward it to you ahead of tomorrow’s COGA meeting.   The survey of the remaining 7 scrips for Diverse Abilities and Barriers and Tools and Techniques, should be ready by around 06 October and if I can get them to you earlier so you have more time, I will do so.  I’ve updated this work in the COGA task requests and actions document.

Thank you all for the extraordinary work that you already did on the persona scripts.  Shadi is processing all of your comments and he will get back to you with questions.

Hello Judy and WAI CC group,

I wanted to provide you with advance notice of our next review window for our videos project. But first, a big thank you from EOWG for those that were able to review our Stories of Web Users scripts and provide such valuable feedback. We are working through those comments now.

Here are some advance details of our next video scripts review survey. These dates are fairly firm but may be adjusted slightly as time gets closer.

  *   Content for review: 7 total scripts (4 scripts for the Diverse Abilities and Barriers pages, 3 scripts for the Tools and Techniques pages)
  *   Targeted survey open date: 06 or 07 October
  *   Survey closing date: 21 October
  *   The survey will provide all the background and links to walk you through the review
  *   If possible, we may be able to send the “Cognitive, learning, and neurological” script out earlier for preview prior to survey open date

I will send a follow-up email to this same group once the survey is open and ready for responses (06 or 07 Oct).

Please begin to look at calendars and schedule time for yourself or with your respective groups to conduct the reviews of the scripts that are of interest. We will not be able to extend the closing date due to projected filming schedule.
