All 4 EO scripts: COGA task-force review needed by this Wednesday at 6pm ET

Hi, COGA task force, apologies for the mix-up. I didn't realize until this
morning that I had been sending the EO scripts to the COGA community group
email instead of to the task force email. Sorry for the lost time on this
already time-crunched project.

Below are the four scripts that the COGA task force worked on synchronously
during TPAC. Please note:

   - Three of the four scripts (Ian, Luis, and Preety) incorporate
   asynchronous feedback from Lisa, Rain, and several COGA community members.
      - John Kirkwood, Lisa, Poornima, and Rain: Please note you are
      receiving new COGA task-force versions of Ian, Luis, and Preety to
      make it easier to review the consolidated feedback, which was
getting very
      crowded and hard to follow.
      - Lisa and Rain: Please note these three updated scripts include the
      feedback that you both submitted today, as of 2pm ET.
   - The 4th script (Yun) will be reviewed in the same google doc by the
   COGA task force and the COGA community group. (I ran out of time last
   week to share it out.)

   (As noted above, this fourth script will also be open to comments from the
   COGA community group, in case you see any names you don't recognize.)

Please use margin comments:

   - If you have any objections to the changes we’re suggesting in red or
   to the explanations for these changes, or
   - If you think something essential is missing from EO's script and/or
   our feedback.


*Overall timeline:*

   - Submit your margin comments by this Wednesday at 6pm ET.
   - The task force needs to reach consensus at Thursday's meeting at 10am
   ET.
   - Julie needs to submit all COGA issues via Github by EO deadline next
   Monday.


*Special note about the Luis script:*

   - As you'll see in the updated Luis doc, we are still planning to share
   COGA's alternative story arc with EO, but as a suggestion, not as
   a must-have.
   - This is based on suggestions from John Rochford and Michael Cooper,
   who recommended that we separate the must-have's from the nice-to-have's
   . For example:
      - It is essential to avoid infantilizing Luis. This can be achieved
      by mentioning early in the script that he is an employed adult.
      - It would be nice but is not essential to change his job from
      working at a library to working at a stadium.
   - We will still share COGA's suggested arc, but we need to be careful to
   phrase it as a more positive approach rather than as an error that EO needs
   to correct.

Thanks so much for your flexibility as we hustle to meet EO's very tight
deadline, which is based on EO's need to finish producing this video series
by the end of the year or else lose the funding for it.
