Hello Rain,

Thank you for the comment. I didn't see the "community guidelines"
hyperlink when I was reading the draft.
Is there a way to make hyperlinks in the draft more visually distinct?
As for the inclusive working group, I only shared it as an example. I
didn't mean that we should include this doc is the draft.
