Re: [Action required by August 4] COGA community group draft

Hi Albert, thank you for your comments on the COGA community group proposal
draft
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-Mk1ygGNCpkH7UA5fW1aVtgk-Z7MWDY6Zr95nnlDjnM/edit?pli=1#>.
I left the following note on the document itself in response to your
comment:

We do include the linked note above: "Anyone can join this group as long as
> they follow the community guidelines <https://www.w3.org/community/about/>
> ."

I'm also not sure that the separate Inclusive Working Groups document is
appropriate to post here, as this is specifically a document designed to
help other W3C task forces work with our task force, and contains
information that would not be relevant to (and should perhaps not be shared
without significant editing) the community group.

@Bradley-Montgomery, Rachael <rmontgomery@loc.gov>, @Lisa Seeman
<lisa.seeman@zoho.com> and @Michael Cooper <cooper@w3.org>: do you have
more insight as to where and how it is best to address Albert's concerns?

I'll wait until Monday evening to post so that there is time for the list
to add thoughts, questions, or concerns.

Warmly,

Rain
