Hello COGA task force,

Please take a moment to express support for the creation of the Cognitive
Accessibility Community Group that I proposed today.

*To express support, you have to *

   1. go to https://www.w3.org/community/groups/proposed/#coga-community,
   2. log in with your W3C account (login link is in the top right corner),
   3. scroll to the bottom,
   4. press the large rectangular orangish-pink button that says "support
   creation"

Once we have five supporters, then we can move the proposal forward.
