RE: Accessible Authentication SC Questions

Sorry for the delay, I was very busy running up to a vacation week.

I'm sorting through the issues at the moment to generate a survey (in progress)<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/wcag22-accesssible-auth-updates/>.


  1.  I'll create a PR for Jon's suggestion, although I don't think adding those style of images as a 'cognitive function test' will help overall. It will make it harder to have a clean definition, which leads to confusion.

  2.  I'm no sure what the technique for reCAPTCHA would be? We don't want to point to a particular product, whether for good or bad reasons.

  3.  The concerns about feasibility for small site owners is something we need to tackle in two ways:
     *   Request specific issues, rather than a general feeling. Without specifics it is impossible to reply.
     *   Find plugins for several comment frameworks. E.g. if we can find WebAuthN plugins for Wordpress/Drupal/.Net, that covers off a lot of the web and demonstrates there are reasonable simple solutions available.
We wouldn't add that to official documentation, but it helps to have for responses.

  2.  What do you think of including, as a technique, Google reCAPTCHA v3<https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/v3>?
  3.  What do you think of the concerns expressed that the SC will be a burden to owners / developers of small websites?
