Hi folks Jennie has pointed out that we need help tracking actions. (See https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/track/actions/open) We used to spend the first part of each call reviewing action items. We found that everyone got very board and lost track of the conversation so we stopped doing that. We still add items to the tracker but I dont think anyone uses it to very much. I know Janina like the tracker but I dont think any other members used it. Did anybody find the tracker useful? (Part of my problem is loggin into the w3c pages. i always seem to need a reset my password which stops it being useful for me) Jennie suggested that we use the action tracker intensely again by adding projects. IS there a better tool that we would find more usable? Other suggestions are: Trello (see trello.com) We add actions to the planing page. I tried adding some to see if that does the job - see https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/wiki/PlanningPage What do you like best?
