If people are interested in Trello we could also explore GitHub Projects. The so-called Kanban approach of columns does help visualise progress. https://help.github.com/en/articles/about-project-boards Git Hub Projects are no where near as pretty or feature rich as Trello but do have the basics like check lists on a card (task). They also have some integration into GitHub which is where we now edit the documents. The same with GitHub Issues integration, though we don't use them so much. This might offer us some usability benefits. Would need to investigate more GitHub also offers customisation features that with some code effort could allow us to build on Projects and Issues to match our requirements eg simplify access. These are: Apps which are UI driven and Actions which are driven by GitHub events (like push of new content). Given resources I don't think this would be currently a realistic option.
