I really very much regret that I am in Pakistan at the moment and cannot attend. I know the research carried out by Mats Lundalv and his team made Bliss symbols and ARASAAC symbols the basis of their work mapping symbols using the concept code framework (https://goo.gl/vU3ZL5 ), but I am not sure I understand what you mean when you say you want Bliss to become the reference point?
