next version of the gap analysis

Hi Folks Roy separated the appendix and I changed some of the titles and made it clearer what the different sections are and who they are for. I also tried to separate the content of the appendix to a linked to resource. See https://github.com/w3c/coga/blob/new-titles-and-intros/gap-analysis/index.html Please let me know if this now addresses the need of finding your way around the document I also think John can start working on the easy reading summary based on this branch.
