Originally we had the sufficient techniques as the SC text. Along the lines of " provide a summary or identify key words in long documents" (with long documents defined etc).  Then it was clear what was needed just form the text. We were asked to move them to the techniques so now it is vague


I think we should brainstorm the approach on a call. Can I set one up after CSUN?

I think “financial loss”  is clear — but “significant financial loss”  leaves me without any measure of where the line is.

I am an author looking at this and trying to comply.   some questions I might have 


what do you mean by   MAY need?     What if they don’t have good language skills and need to know what the definition of even basic words like  “before” or “until”      How do I know what the user needs
you say offline task — this appears to open it up to anything.  How does the author know what offline tasks the person is trying to use this page for?     Does every page need a calculator? or address book or ??? 

it mentions risks but not what kind of risks?  What did you have in mind?    
 it says  “ANY ACTION OR TASK  — then gives a list.   If it is ANY - then why provide a list of just some?    Arent they all covered by ANY?  
what does opportunities mean?

How much money is ‘significant’?   
what kind of injuries are insignificant ? 
what is critical to freedom and what is not?
