FW: Working on familiar layout SC

Dear All

I have been chatting with Lisa and really failing with this SC as I cannot see a way of providing techniques or making it testable - there are two parts and I have left out the second part. https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/extension/rewroded%20sc%203.html


Please please can anyone help and I will do a swap and proof read anyone elses SC as I find the navigational layout ones really much harder to compose than I thought possible as design is such an important part of them and knowledge of icons etc impacts on use etc.
