I have been looking at the gap analysis we are doing and some have 
done very good work. I am wondering, however, if we can use that as a 
backdrop to a more functional approach to inclusion - are we intending 
that? 
 
I imagine that we do not want to be working on 'conditions' of people 
so much as on common functional requirements. For a start, I think 
this is the more useful approach and, being interested in how we can 
use metadata to help with solutions, I would want to be sure that we 
can work from functional requirements. 
 
Is there room for a short discussion about this on the agenda for the 
next meeting?
