Another issue... The Special Working Group - Accessibility of ISO/IEC JTC1 developed a long inventory of problems, needs, available solutions, etc etc and these include for people with cognitive etc difficulties. I am wondering if this work is being included and, if not, should I ask how we can get permission to use it? It is available at http://www.jtc1access.org/base.htm but there are copyright constraints - as you will discover if you visit it! Liddy
