suggest that "any other supported format" should support linking. Would  
this exclude Opera (and others) in some way of supporting various graphic  
formats? Please clarify this statement made in both the first and second  
paragraph.

The section also talks about more than just hyperlinking it seems. Please  
clarify this section so that it is clear what it is about.
