Re: Proposed text about applicability of MWBP in general context, for accessibility

I think "mobile accessibility" (making mobile accessible to disabled  
people) is beyond the coverage of these documents, but of course I  
joined these two groups recently and not sure what the discussions/ 
decisions were.

I believe it would be much better to keep it simple and focused and  
just talk about how making Web pages accessible to disabled people  
(generally), would also help make pages mobile friendly and vice versa.
