Updates to BPWG documents

Hi,

The Working Group just released updated versions of its 2 documents:
* The scope document,

* the Mobile Web Best Practices documents,
http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-mobile-bp-20051220/

The latter one is getting very close to be ready for a Last Call
