Continued elaboration of our Use case standard document

Hello community,We are collectively doing a nice job shaping this up! Let's keep working especially at the Level 5 use cases.  I've added many changes suggested by the group last week. In addition, for cleaner visual, we have moved Level 5 cases to a separate page. See you Wednesday.
