Here's a possible re-arrangement of
-identity. Includes reputation, personal data, kyc
-provenance. Includes licensing of IP, physical assets / supply chain,
electroncs / energy
-lower-level infrastructure. Includes consensus, data formats
-"everything else" / grab bucket
